Pre-Served, was a food design and sampling event featuring ancient techniques of food preservation by dehydration. The dehydration allows food to keep its flavor and nutritional value through time. New designs unearthed these virtues and uncovered forgotten recipes from the culinary archive—from Roman love potions to Aztec sacrificial meals.

Pre-Served was presented in the Appropriate Material exhibit, part of Dutch Design Week 2010. Collaboration with French product designer Amélie Onzon and Canadian graphic designer Michele Champagne.
